Training and Classroom Assistance

Members of Multimedia Technologies and Classroom Technologies have held training sessions prior to the semester for faculty and staff teaching in the upgraded classrooms. As always they will also be available the first week of classes, by request, to meet with all faculty teaching in any classroom. During this meeting, we will make sure that you can get set up, show you how to use the touch panel, and answer questions about the classroom technology. We are available to meet during your first class period or at any time during the first week of classes. Please contact us via email at Brian.Sirak@villanova.edu or Michael.B.Hayden@villanova.edu to schedule an appointment.

As a reminder, during the semester any issues with technology in the classroom (projector, screen, touch panel, etc.) should be reported directly to Classroom Technologies via the Classroom Hotline at 610-519-5631 or 5631 from any classroom phone.

By default, all of your recordings are published privately to your account. To make a recording available or to revert the status to private, please log in to https://vums-web.villanova.edu/mediasite/mymediasite and click on the lock icon next to the recording.  If you haven’t done this in the past, click below for quick tutorial:
