The Marshall Manne Schulman Competition for Student Papers in Criminal Law and/or Criminal Procedure

Papers must pertain to criminal law and/or to criminal procedure, with a particular focus on contemporary issues of concern in the State of California.  Submit by May 12, 2024.

The Academy for Justice and Arizona State Law Journal: The Criminal Justice Reform National Writing Competition

This national writing competition seeks to promote legal scholarship centering on criminal justice reform. Applicants may write on any criminal justice topic, but all submissions should offer a recommendation or solution to the problem(s) being highlighted.

William W. Greenhalgh Student Writing Competition

The goal of the Competition is to encourage law students to enter the Criminal Justice practice field, and to encourage scholarship in this field.  Submit by July 1, 2024.
