Online scheduling program available as part of Villanova's Office 365 subscription. May be used by students, faculty and staff but can only be accessed by other Office 365 users.

Available to Villanova students, faculty and staff. Create a shared workspace for your department or project, set up chat windows, share files and other information online.
Planner (Office 365)
Available to Villanova students, faculty, and staff. Create a shared project board to collaborate with team members. Let's you set tasks lists and see which have been completed or what stage they are in.
Managing Workflows & Tasks
Asana (formerly Kanban)
Sign up for a free account to collaborate with up to 15 group members. Create and assign tasks, add due dates, track completions and add other workflow steps so everyone on the team can view the project's progress. There are several tiers of paid access with additional capabilities. Paid account is needed to collaborate with more than 15 team members
To Do (Office 365)
Available to Villanova students, faculty, and staff. Create a virtual to-do list that allows you to add reminders, due dates or attach files to keep everything together. And you get the pleasure of "crossing them off" when they are done but the task name remains so you can see what has been accomplished
