Well-respected treatises are great sources to cite for established legal principals. They are found on Westlaw, Lexis and other law databases and in print in the law library.
Lists treatises by Subject. Look for "gold medal" icon for preeminent treatises AND Westlaw and Lexis icons for online availability. For print sources, search for that title in the Villanova Law Library catalog (box above).
