Villanova's Professor Itay Ravid and the University of Pennsylvania's Professor Jonathan Zandberg have co-written the article, The Future of Roe and the Gender Pay Gap: An Empirical Assessment, showing how Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers (TRAP) laws have pushed women out of the labor force and into lower-paying jobs, widening the gender pay gap. The study's findings foreshadow the future landscape of gender inequality in the United States in the post-Roe era. Their work was published by the University of Indiana Law Review.
