by John Cannan on 2023-09-13T00:00:00-04:00 in Law and Religion | 0 Comments

Michael Morland's article Contingency and Contestation in Christianity and Liberalism, has been published by the Notre Dame Law Review.  This was part of a symposium on Liberalism, Christianity, and Constitutionalism. Moreland’s article highlights four themes from the symposium’s papers:

  1. The relationship between liberalism and theological traditions.
  2. The historical relationship between liberalism and Christianity.
  3. Liberalism’s relationship with religious institutions.
  4. New criticisms of liberalism reviving explorations of its relationship with Christianity.
