Introduction to Native American Law

This Guide is intended to assist Villanova Law students in beginning their research into the laws of the United States regarding Native American persons and sovereign tribal organizations.  Villanova Law School students and faculty will have access to the various electronic resources mentioned herein. Some of the listed resources are freely available on the Web, while Lexis+, Westlaw and Bloomberg Law require a password-protected user account.  If you need assistance with locating any materials or with accessing any of the Library’s electronic databases, please consult a Reference Librarian.
